Return and Refund Policy
Refund, Liability & Rental Policy – Royal Fun Rentals
No Refund Policy
All bookings with Royal Fun Rentals are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling Policy
Customers are allowed to change their rental date only if at least 48 hours (2 days) advance notice is given. All date changes are subject to availability.
No-Show / Cancellation
Failure to show up or canceling without proper notice will result in loss of all payments made. No credits or transfers will be issued.
Customer Responsibility for Equipment
The individual who books with Royal Fun Rentals is fully responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.
- Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will result in additional charges.
- The customer agrees to pay all repair or replacement costs as determined necessary.
Liability Disclaimer
Royal Fun Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of our equipment. By renting, you accept full responsibility for the safety of all participants and agree to use the equipment properly.
